- Foster a healthy work environment in organizations
- Educate employees and organizations through 1,000+ pieces of content, such as stress and burnout
Teale raised $11 million in funding to help employees and employers improve mental health within an organization in an organic way with a solution that is proven to work.
The platform was recently voted the best mental health solution and currently supports companies of all sizes in Europe.
Teale’s Solution for Better Employee Mental Health
Teale aims to help employees take care of their mental health by providing them with engaging tools through an advanced smartphone app.
With Teale, employees receive:
- A personalized, evolving program of videos and exercises to support their mental health
- The ability to meet with a therapist or coach of their choice
The process starts with a survey that helps employees rate their mental health. The platform’s program features a vast content library with hundreds of pieces of audio and videos on essential topics, such as stress, bereavement, sleep and burnout.
Teale provides an HR dashboard, where they can identify teams struggling with their mental health, QVT workshops, and dedicated support year-round.
The dashboard provides an overview of the situation, so individual information is never the focus.
Teale has created a proprietary index to help employees and employers gauge the state of a person’s mental health. Their index was developed in partnership with psychologists and their scientific advisory board. According to the company, it has been scientifically proven to be a good measure of an individual’s health.
Teale’s platform analyzes a variety of work patterns, overall sentiment and communication patterns to provide HR with insights. These insights can help organizations cultivate healthier and happier work cultures. HR managers receive actionable insights, so they can intervene where necessary to support high-risk employees and prevent burnout.
